About the Role:
Twin Angels Home Care in Columbus, OH is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide/STNA to join our growing care team. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatment plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio preferred
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Columbus, OH area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
