About the Role:
Twin Angels Home Care in Reynoldsburg, OH is looking for a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our compassionate team. This is a vital role supporting our Home Care and Developmental Disability programs, helping ensure our clients and caregivers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations for Home Care and Developmental Disability service lines
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing for caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with state and agency regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and referral sources
- Process intake paperwork, service authorizations, and Medicaid/waiver documentation
- Support billing, payroll coordination, and reporting for home care services
- Ensure compliance with DODD (Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities) and home care regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care, developmental disabilities, or healthcare administration preferred
- Familiarity with Ohio DODD regulations, Medicaid waivers, or home care compliance a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or care management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
